Time
stand still, as your days roll into one for a seamless wakeboarding
experience with moonlight starry nights. A Wakeboarding hideaway,
riding hard and playing hard on the water while also residing
on the water with only the sound of the jumping fish or croaking
frogs and singing birds. 
Extreme Sports Café’s newest Wakeboarding Centre
in Thailand is located near Rayong, only 35km from Rayong
town and 24km from Ko Somet Island. There are five Luxury
Thai Style Villas here located upon the beautiful picturesque
shores of the Wakeboarding Lake. Fittingly the main complex
is erected from sacred timbers that came with the blessing
of the important temple of Kumuaeing set in its jungle. This
was then blessed by a Buddha ceremony by the head monk of
the temple Arun, to ensure good fortune and enlightenment
for those who step foot upon this place. This is a place where
you can experience the tranquillity of being surrounded by
tree lined rolling hills along with the backdrop of the mountains,
from which the water is supplied during the rainy season.

can only be reached and discovered by water or a journey down
a km sandy road, that’s encased in a forest of protected
hard wood trees. This is the first step of your escapism from
your real world into our world….. as you travel down
the windy track you pass the homes of the Hissan tribal people.
Your journey is complete when your vision sets upon the mirror
still water of the lake. (A valley owned by the king that
was flooded to produce a lake 12 miles long and a mile wide
for the local people to fish upon to earn a living among the
local community.) With the local craftsmanship of the Thai
style buildings with high quality amenities, you feel lost
but very much at home from the comfortable feeling comfortable
and relaxed, at last you are here in this amazing hideaway.
The fine Thai cuisine will have your taste buds buzzing at
a newfound experience. Chilling out after a day of wakeboarding
takes place on the stilted straw huts perched just above the
glistening water of the lake, accessed only by the wooden
walkways. The drink of your choice served to you from our
lakeside bar letting you experience the most amazing sunsets,
along with the culture that has gone untouched for hundreds
of years, bringing you in tune with nature and the true Thai
way that has been unpolluted by mass tourism.

Our Boat
- According to our coach Deen who has ridden
all over the world, our water conditions and setting are one
of the very best and totally unique spots to wakeboard in
& from customer feed back having the X Star to ride behind
has left them very happy with the quality of the ride and
the time spent on the boat.
The wakeboarding boat is a Mastercraft X Star with a top of
the range 420hp V8 engine. It has electronic onboard ballast
system so the wake can vary in height dependant on the rider’s
choice. The wakeboarding boat also has a computer speed control
system so w
akeboarders
speeds can be programmed so it never changes giving you a
constant pull. Bad speed control, as we all know can ruin
a ride. The boat also has, skytower with board racks for a
clutter free boat and a 6-speaker Ipod music system with seating
for 10 people in the front and rear of the boat. Our Mastercraft
X Star Wakeboarding boat is in show room condition being only
a year old and is quite simply the very best purpose built
boat to wakeboard behind along with being the only one in
existence in Thailand.

Set amongst a natural clearing of an ancient eucalyptus forest

Coach” Happiee Dayzz Deen
Known as “the coach” was a leader in shaping 
the
modern style that brought simplicity to slalom, along with
bringing alpine jumping style to water-ski jumping, he has
an in-depth knowledge of all areas of water-skiing related
sports that has a valuable input in the way he coaches. He
is a seasoned national champion and equalled world record
holder along with being a proven 3-event competition skier,
when it was at its peak.
He was the founder in bringing Wakeboarding to Western Australia,
to turning their trick skiers and gymnasts into National wake-boarding
champions, where his approach to bringing his slalom technique
of loading the line and style of ridding from trick skiing
that is coached to this day.
Having wakeboarded with many of the greats like Shapiro, Murray,
Byerly, and the Bonifay brothers, he has acquired a very in-depth
approach to wakeboarding. This approach will benefit all styles
of riders and their abilities, to achieve new goals when they
venture to visit Thailand and come wakeboarding in our hideaway.

We have an abundance of sight 
seeing
things you can do, from nights to the city, to riding an elephant
or swimming with the dolphins. Visit the Bengal tigers or
a crocodile farm or take a trip out to one of the islands.
Strolling around the local market will have you filling your
bags with designer wear, so travel light as we guarantee it’s
a shoppers haven here.We can cater it all for you allowing
you to go with the flow and do what you want to do, when you
want to do it.
Koh Somet
A trip is not complete without a day adventure to Koh Somet.
A beautiful tropical island of soft white sand laced with
palm trees leaning into the crystal clear turquoise water
that is reachable using our special speedboat service. You
can enjoy blasting or cruising on jet skis, coral snorkelling
or relax with a cocktail then be pampered by massages and
pedicures. If your body needs a break from wakeboarding this
is a perfect place that works in harmony with your senses
to relax you.
Kick Boxing
Our newly coming soon boxing camp is destined to bring great
fun and exercise for the serious or enthusiast.
With a forest of tall trees and sandy tracks to go running
on, the lake to go swimming in and the trampoline to hone
your balance this is the perfect place for workouts. We also
have our very own waters edge ring.
With our highly trained instructor, you have the perfect setting
for the sport to show its true meaning of movement from its
ancestral fighting way. This is the place where some professional
Thai boxers will be coming to train.
After a hard workout, if you have the energy you can then
go and play in/on the water.
Subject to dates you can enjoy kick boxing bouts between up
and coming Thai boxers, which is a fun spectacle and no one
gets seriously hurt, but the local crowd create as much fun
in their gambling banter and cheers of each punch or kick
of ooh’s and aahh’s.
Golf
Just next to our resort is a Nick Faldo designed championship
golf course and driving range a tree lined beautiful course
with snooker table greens you can at least experience a Tiger
Woods quality course if not the swing.
With two more courses to play within 20mins drive, so if you
fancy a challenge give it a knock.

| Getting To Rayong, Thailand |
Rayong
is located on the east coast of Thailand on the northern shoreline
of the Gulf of Thailand, some 179 kilometers from Bangkok.
The climate is tropical, generally warm and humid with abundant
rainfall; average temperature is around 28 C. The best months
are November through February.
Rayong is blessed with an abundance of nature and beauty.
It has a well-deserved reputation for producing good seafood
products such as shrimp paste, fish sauce and dried seafoods
and tropical fruits of which Rambutan, Mangosteen and Durian
are the most famous.

By Bus
Rayong is connected by regular bus services with Bangkok and
other towns and provinces such as Pattaya, Chonburi, Chanthaburi,
Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, Nong Khai, Surin and Ubon Ratchathani.
Air conditioned and regular buses leave Bangkok to Rayong
from The Eastern Bus Terminal on Sukhumvit Road, Ekamai, Tel:
3914900 (air) and Tel: 3912504 (non-air).
Air-conditioned buses leave Bangkok every 30-40 minutes from
05.00 hrs until 22.00 hrs. One-way fare is 85 baht.
Non-air-conditioned buses leave Bangkok every 30 minutes from
04.30 hrs until 20.00 hrs. One-way fare is 47 baht. The trip
takes about 3 hours.
Air-conditioned buses leave Bangkok for Ban Phe every hour
from 07.00 hrs until 20,30 hrs.
Non- air-conditioned buses leave every hour from 05.15 hrs
until 18.30 hrs.
One-way fare is 90 baht for air-conditioned bus and 50 baht
for non-air-conditioned bus.
By Air
Bangkok Airways operates regular scheduled flights from Bangkok,
Chiang Mai, Phuket and Samui Island to Rayong-Utapao International

Local Transportation
Public urban transportation within Rayong is in the form of
minibuses. Local buses leave the Rayong Bus Terminal at Rayong

Pattaya city, about 40 km from us, is Thailand’s best
known place for a variety of watersports. Especially strong
winds from November until April make it an ideal place for
