Extreme Sports Cafe's Drop Zone near Seville in Spain operates out of La Juliana airfield, 20 minutes south of Seville in southern Spain. In Seville we offer one-off packages such as Tandem skydives or full-courses where you can become a fully qualified skydiver. Our aircraft offer the highest altitude skydives in Spain from 15,000ft! You want to find out what free fall is all about but you don't know anything about this sport yet?
Don't worry! That's the reason why we have the so called "Tandem Jumps", the fastest and easiest way to make a skydive. Anybody can do this kind of jump, at any age* or physical condition**, all this because the responsibility of the whole skydive is not mainly depending on you.

So what happens in a Tandem Skydive?

You will jump from a plane at 4'500 meters attached to an experienced skydiver with thousands of previous jumps. You will experience approximately one minute of freefall and then fly under a canopy that is especially designed to carry 2 people. All you need is to come and enjoy your Tandem Skydive in sunny Spain! Previous experience of skydiving or skydiving courses are not necessary!!!

First of all you must book the time and date you would like to do your Tandem Skydive. Remember that Extreme Sports Cafe's Drop Zone just outside Seville is open daily from 9.00 to sunset, and to book all you have to do is visit our online store and book your Tandem online.

Once you have arrived at our centre, you'll fill in a form and choose the kind of jump you like. You decide if you would like to be filmed by a camera flyer during the jump (from the ground up to the final impressions after landing. Still pictures are available as well.)

Once you have arrived the tandem master will give you a small briefing in your own language (10 minutes), in which he will explain what the tandem skydive is going to be about and give you pre jump instruction.

The next thing will be to get geared up. You are given a suit, a helmet, harness, goggles, and gloves. Please bring comfortable clothes and comfortable trainers, or similar with you.

The plane will climb for approx. 15 minutes all the way up to 15,000 ft., which is the altitude you will finally jump from.

During the tandem skydive you are attached to an instructor (who is always on top). Your only responsibility is to enjoy this unique experience and admire the world underneath your feet as you skydive over Spain.

You`ll enjoy the free fall for about one minute! At a speed of about 200 km/h you'll feel as if you are floating in the air.

At 1500 meters the instructor will open the parachute and from there on you will enjoy 6-10 minutes under canopy untill landing. Your friends will be waiting for you to share the experience.

(*) Ages 16,17, 18 or younger needs parents permission
(**) Physical requirements: No heart problems, weight from 30- 110 kg max, not taller than 2m. Always let us know if you have any physical handicaps. (This does not necessarily exclude the potential jumper but may change the procedure of the jump).

Our new Drop Zone near Seville, or Sevilla, is a new addition to the Extreme Sports Cafe stable.

This summer during the hot season, we will have the single turbine engine SMG working at the dropzone. It looks very similar to a Pilatus Porter, however it climbs quicker (15,000ft in 13 minutes), has a left door exit, holds 10 people and has a huge float rail to launch big groups.
Our Dornier G92 will return to Spain in the autumn when the main season picks up. Based at Target Skysports for the British summer, this aircraft climbs to altitude in 12 minutes and can hold 15 people.

In Seville we offer both Tandem Skydive experiences, as well as full AFF courses. You can also book your Tandem skydive online.

Our Tandem Skydives in Seville cost €200 (You can add video and camera as extra cost options to the jump, or simply do your tandem skydive and enjoy the experience.. This may then lean you towards deciding you want to take a full parachute course and learn to skydive. If you want to learn to skydive we can then offer the AFF (or Accelerated Free Fall course.)

The Accelerated Free Fall course in Seville costs €1,470.(Approx £984). If you prefer we can offer you a complete package including flights, accommodation, etc from €1,720 .(Approx £1,200).
