You will be given a short briefing of approximately 20min to ensure your experience is as safe and enjoyable as possible. Our instructors are highly experienced and Internationally Licensed Tandem Masters.
Your experience includes a breathtaking scenic flight over the Fiji islands. When the aircraft has climbed to an altitude of up to 14,000 feet you will prepare to exit the aircraft with your instructor for your tandem skydive experience.

The exit itself is an exhilarating and awesome experience. After about 10 seconds you will reach what is known as "Terminal velocity" - freefalling at about 200 kms per hour! At this point the sensation of falling is replaced by one of "flying" . Don't forget to smile for your freefall photographer who will be flying around you. The adrenalin rush will engulf you for the remainder of your freefall (from about 15 seconds to over an amazing 60 seconds!)

After the instructor opens the parachute you will notice how peaceful and quiet your surroundings become. Ask your instructor to show you how to steer & control the canopy as you enjoy a 5-6 minute parachute descent before your instructor takes over again for the landing.

YOU MUST WEAR COMFORTABLE CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR SUCH AS RUNNERS OR SANDSHOES.

Depending on where you are staying and other factors such as weather, please remember you may need to allow half a day for your skydiving experience.

To re-live your awesome tandem skydive experience for the rest of your life, or just in case you were enjoying the adrenalin rush so much you find it hard to take in all the little details, consider the option of our freefall camera person. A personalised video and photographs of yourself in freefall and landing will provide nail biting recall and a great way to re-live the tandem skydive. We highly recommend you take this option for those once in a lifetime memories. And to prove to your friends you actually DID JUMP!

Our professional skydiving cameraman (yes, they freefall with you), will be available to take a detailed digital video of your entire experience but you will need to advise us at the time of booking. You won't find a more scenic backdrop for your first skydive video to show all your family and friends.

Tandem Skydiving is the best way to introduce yourself to the world of skydiving. It is the safest, easiest and most enjoyable way to do your first skydive. Almost anyone over the age of 14 can do it. You will need parental consent if you are under 18 yrs and if you are over 95kg conditions will apply.

You can jump from 8,000 feet, go 'radical' to 10,000 and double your freefall time, 'extreme' at 12,000, else become a legend' on your very first jump at 14,000 feet!.

This is where an additional skydiver jumps out with you and your instructor. They fly around you and take video and still photos.

Personal Video of your Tandem Skydive - F$150.

A video of your total experience including, the preparation, the plane ride, the exit, freefall and landing taken by a skydiving photographer who accompanies you and your tandem master throughout the jump.

Personal Photos of your Tandem Skydive -F$150.

As above but you will be given a roll of film to develop with personal still photos of your whole experiece.

Handycam Video of your Tandem Skydive - F$125

Your Tandem Master can wear a handycam camera on his wrist capturing footage of your entire skydive. Still photos can be taken from the digital video and burnt on to a CD- ROM but will not be the same quality as the photos mentioned above.

What happens on a Tandem Skydive?
After some brief but comprehensive ground training you will be taken to altitude in a plane (typically 12,000 feet) and strapped to the chest of a fully qualified Tandem Master. Both Tandem Master and you will leap from the plane accompanied by a skydiving cameraman. The 45 second freefall allows you to experience skydiving and the opportunity to interact with the cameraman. It will also change you forever!

Safely back on the ground after your Tandem Skydive and having had a chance to reflect on the skydive during a canopy ride back to the dropzone you will get to relive your Tandem Skydive experience with a *video of the whole thing from top to bottom!

Perhaps later you will take the next step... and become a skydiver!
