2Hour Windsurfing Course from Extreme Sports Cafe at our partner L'Escala Windsurfing School at The Bay of Roses, Costa Brava, Spain.

This windsurfing course is 2hrs of instruction to improve or advance on any skills you wish. Instruction is adapted to suit each individual students requirements.

For beginner the first day will involve getting you standing on the board tacking and gibing and the remaining days will include going up and down wind and much more.
You will also learn how to stand on the board, tacking, Gybing, going up wind and down wind & more depending on your requirements.

Courses include:

• Equipment.
• Qualified Instructors. FCV, RFEV, RYA, WDVS, VDS...
• Safety boats.
• Buoyancy aid (obligatory).
• Harness when necessary.
• Wet suit available on request.
• Liability Insurance.
