The AIDA Competition Freediver course is for anyone planning to enter an AIDA competition be it for the first time or to refresh your knowledge. This course covers the main competition disciplines of static apnea, dynamic apnea and constant weight freediving.

• Certification: AIDA Competition Freediver
• Duration: 1 Day. Day 1: Theory session, confined water session, open water session and exam.
• Requirements: Be 18 years of age or older (16 years with parent or guardian consent), medical statement and AIDA ** Freediver or equivalent.

Course price is exclusive of AIDA certification fee of €20.
