This is the HGFA Novice Certificate course with extended days for the International Pilot Proficiency standard.
12 days is the recommended time for people from out of state or from overseas that want to make it a holiday as well as a great learning experience.

The 12 day course is just an extension mainly, designed for those that travel from a long way such as out of state or overseas. It ensures plenty of flying and more skills beyond the normal 9 day certificate.
Although our 9 day certificate course is beyond the HGFA novice license requirements anyhow, so its a win either way which course you take. You should in 12 days be flying from heights of 1000 meters plus solo.
