6-Day Beginner Paramotor Course: £745
Beginner Paramotor course: Designed for complete beginners, Paraglider pilots with less than 20 hours or Skydivers with less than 200 jumps. Students sit the first 6 days of the 12 day Foot Launched Microlight (FLM) syllabus. Training consists of ground handling practice, tandem trike flights, motor usage instruction, basic theory lectures and should culminate in at least one solo flight allowing students to progress onto the 6 Day Intermediate course.

6-Day Intermediate Paramotor Course: £745
Intermediate Paramotor Course: Designed for those who have either sat a 6 day beginners course, Paraglider pilots with more than 20 hours or Skydivers with over 200 jumps. The 6 Day Intermediate Paramotor course is the second 6 days of the 12 day FLM training syllabus. It consists of more advanced training such as low level flying, precision landings, limited fuel tasks and cross country tasks. The paramotor course also covers more advanced theory including further meteorology, air law, navigation, and effects of the motor on the wing. At the end of the course students should be capable of flying a Paramotor safely and competently without the need for an instructor.

12 Day Addiction Paramotor Course: £1,245
Addiction Paramotor Course: Designed for complete beginners, Paraglider pilots with less than 20 hours or Skydivers with less than 200 jumps. It is made up of both a 6 Day beginners paramotor course and a 6 Day Intermediate paramotor course.
First Week: Consists of an introduction to the sport and equipment, launch and ground handling practise, tandem trike flights, motor usage instruction, basic meteorology and air law lectures and, all being well, should culminate in at least one solo Paramotor flight. At the end of the first week students progress onto the 6 day intermediate course.
Second Week: Consists of more advanced training such as low level flying, precision landings, limited fuel tasks and cross country tasks. The course also covers more advanced theory including further meteorology, air law, navigation,and effects of the motor on the wing. At the end of the course students should be able to fly a Paramotor safely and competently without the need for an instructor.

Advanced Paramotor Course: Designed for pilots who have completed an Extreme Sports Cafe Intermediate Paramotor course or logged at least 15 hours Paramotoring over the past 2 years. The paramotor course aims to improve their flying skills and knowledge. Pilots have the opportunity to specify the areas they would like to concentrate on which can include the following:

- Extreme Sports Cafe's partner Spain Paramotor School runs 6 and 12 Day Beginner and Intermediate Paramotor courses from a private airfield in north east Spain in the Spring and Autumn.
- The 6 Day beginners paramotor course combines with the 6 Day intermediate paramotor course to make the 12 Day Addiction paramotor course.
- Accommodation and food are available on site at the airfield.
- All paramotor courses start at 9.00am on Monday morning and end on Saturday afternoon, students should therefore arrive and depart on a Sunday.
- We recommend all British students bring an E111 card which is free and offers reduced cost medical treatment in Europe.
- Travel Insurance is also a necessity in the event of flight cancellations and other unseen events.
- All students are covered for 3rd party Insurance under Extreme Sports Cafe's partner Spain Paramotor school's policy while sitting a course.
