UK Skydiving Scotland St Andrews – Tandem Jumps, IFF & AFF Courses.
Extreme Sports Cafe operate in partnership with the team at St Andrews in Scotland. St Andrew’s is the most modern and progressive skydiving centre in Scotland. Located in the beautiful ‘Kingdom of Fife', and just 5 miles south of the ancient city of St Andrews, it combines a beautiful and convenient location with superb facilities and training.

UK Skydiving Scotland – Tandem Skydive Jumps - mid way between Perth and Dundee.
Extreme Sports Cafe operate in partnership with the team at Paragon Skydiving who are based at Errol Airfield, Grange, Errol. The drop zone is situated mid way between Perth and Dundee on the banks of the Firth of Tay.
- Paragon Skydiving Club is located on an airfield, originally used during the Second World War.
- The site has been used as a parachuting drop zone since 1988 and the professional skydiving school has been there for 3 years.
- Paragon Skydiving Club facilities provide everything you need to learn to skydive in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment.

UK Skydiving North London – Tandem Jumps, IFF & AFF Courses - Cambridegshire.
Extreme Sports Cafe operate in partnership with the team at the North London Parachute Centre The drop zone is based at their very own airfield, Chatteris Airfield, which is located near the town of March in Cambridgeshire. Drive time from the M25 London orbital motorway is about 1 hour up either the A1(M) or M11. Birmingham international airport is also about an hours drive away.
- The DZ offer different skydiving and parachuting experiences available to the complete beginner - Tandem skydives and Accelerated freefall courses; all of which are fantastic fun and conducted within the safety of a controlled club environment by our highly experienced and dedicated British Parachute Association Instructors!

- The DZ operate from February through to Mid December, Tuesday through to Sunday and fly from 9am to 8pm, or dark whichever is sooner. However, during the winter months they do reduce the number of days that they work each week.

UK Skydiving Lancashire – Tandem Jumps, IFF & AFF Courses - The North West.
Extreme Sports Cafe operate in partnership with the team at The Black Nights Parachute center. Located 10 minutes from J33 of the M6 in the Lancashire village of Cockerham, they are the most accessible North West Parachute Centre and Skydiving Drop Zone. Drive time from the M25 London orbital motorway is about 1 hour up either the A1(M) or M11. Birmingham international airport is also about an hours drive away.
- Operating since 1964, they are one of the longest established parachute training centres in the UK.
- Affiliated to the British Parachute Association, they offer facilities and training for both first time jumpers and experienced skydivers

Lancashire Tandem Skydive / A.F.F. Restrictions/Limitations
- The maximum allowable weight is 12 stone for females and 15 stone for males, body mass index will also be taken into account.
- The minimum age for parachuting is 16, applicants under 18 must have written parental / guardian consent.
- Applicants aged 40 and over should request a British Parachute Associate Medical Certificate for completion by their doctor before their course.
- Those aged above 49 years are discouraged from taking the AFF course and require individual approval from the British Parachute Association's Safety and Training Committee and the club's chief instructor, Tandem Skydiving is often a better choice for those above 49 years old.

UK Skydiving Lincolnshire – Tandem Jumps, IFF & AFF Courses - NorthEast, Hibaldstow.
Extreme Sports Cafe operate in partnership with the team at Skydive Hibaldstow. They are based in Hibaldstow, North Lincolnshire – just off the M180, between Doncaster & Grimsby.
- Skydive Hibaldstow is open from morning to dusk every day except Tuesdays and closed for around one month over Christmas.
- Whilst most of the dropzones we work with will take you to an altitude of 13,000 feet, the team at Target are rather unique – they take the aircraft up an additional 2,000 feet & you’ll exit the aircraft at 15,000 feet, which means a little longer in freefall ;-)

UK Skydiving Cornwall – Tandem Skydive Jumps - The South West near Newquay.
Extreme Sports Cafe operate in partnership with the team at The Cornwall Parachute Centre (CPC) which, has been affiliated to the British Parachute Association for its 26 years of operation. During that time they have trained and jumped many people from all walks of life and all age groups. A number have gone on to become international champions.
- The centre has excellent training facilities, modern equipment, good food and a friendly atmosphere. The Cornish Parachute Club is located at Perranporth Airfield, which is just a short drive from Newquay. Perranporth Airfield is a large 2 nd World War Aerodrome with 350 acres of open land, set along side the exhilarating North Cornish Coastline.
- They are the only Parachute Centre in Cornwall and in our opinion, with the most stunning views in the UK . On a good day, those spectacular views will include the whole of Cornwall , Saltash to Lands End, the Scilly Isles and St Michael's Mount at Penzance . (They can also use Lands End Aerodrome which has the unique back drop of Sennan Cove and spectacular views of the Scilly Isles)
- The DZ is open for Skydiving from March to November, mainly weekends Sat & Sun. Mid week jumping only if group of 5 or more. Aircraft: Cessna 206 AFF 11,000ft and Tandem Skydives at 10,000ft.

UK Skydiving Wiltshire – Tandem Jumps, IFF & AFF Courses - The South, Nertheravon.
Extreme Sports Cafe operate in partnership with the team at The APA, Nertheravon. 1962 was the year that the APA was formed, and it has gone from strength to strength since that date to become the premier parachuting club in this country. The APA was primarily a military club but has been open to civilians for many years.
- It is probably the oldest parachute club in the world and is the centre where parachuting, as a sport, was born in the U.K. Not many clubs have a pedigree going back to the very early days of freefall parachuting!
- The drop zone is 13 miles north of Salisbury on Salisbury Plain military training area. Surrounded by the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, the drop zone continues to provide an ideal venue for service personnel, and members of the public, to carry out safe parachuting.
- Membership of the APA and the British Parachute Association is mandatory to parachute at Netheravon, and this can be obtained on arrival.
- The APA operate on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays from 8am until dusk. They are also open from midday onwards on Wednesdays for experienced and pre-booked jumpers only, and on Fridays for all experience levels from 10am onwards.
- At the Army Parachute Association they are fortunate to have access to a superb fleet of parachuting aircraft. As well as their own two Cessna Caravans, they also have access to two Islanders, as well as visiting Skyvans and occasional novelty aircraft. For Tandem and AFF, the maximum height you will be jumping from is 13000ft.

UK Skydiving Midlands – Tandem Jumps & IFF Courses - near Banbury & Silverstone.
Extreme Sports Cafe operate in partnership with the team at Hinton. The "Drop Zone" is located at Hinton Airfield which is on the Northamptonshire / Oxfordshire border and is probably the friendliest and most social skydiving club in the UK. There is always something going on from competitions, corporate events and charity fun-days, to progression courses and seminars for our club members.
- Owned and operated by professional skydivers Mike Browne and Geoff Wood, Hinton Skydiving Centre is The Closest Full Time Skydiving Centre to London, Birmingham, Northampton, Milton Keynes and the Midlands with fast links from the M1, M5, M6 and M40 motorway systems.
- Hinton Skydiving Centre is open from Tuesday to Sunday, fifty weeks a year for all types of jumping and also on Bank Holiday Mondays. Opening times are from 8:00 am for booking in and jumping starts from 9:00 am onwards.
- Courses are run at the Centre in a relaxed training environment with a canteen facility on site offering hot and cold food and drinks. The team here will ensure you have a safe but fun jump.
- All AFF jumps, (Excluding Level 8), are done from 13,000 feet whenever possible. Occasionally it is possible to get more altitude but sometimes due to weather or London Air Traffic Control restrictions it may only be possible to jump from 10,000 feet. This exit height is perfectly acceptable, however, we will always try to get 13,000 feet when jumping AFF students. Aircraft: PAC 750XL

Midlands Tandem Skydive / I.F.F. Restriction/Limitations
- The minimum age for parachuting is 16 years and there is no maximum age for this course.
- The maximum weight limit for all courses is 15 stone (95 Kilos).
- A medical form is required if you are 40 years of age or over and a letter of parental consent is required if you are under 18
- All students will have a minimum of provisional membership of the British Parachute Association, which entitles them to a Third Party liability insurance of £2,000,000. The cost of this insurance is included in the price.

Why do I need BPA membership? Every person who wishes to jump in the UK is required to have BPA membership. This covers them on a 3rd party insurance for up to £2,000,000.
- Provisional membership - Mandatory in UK for Tandem Skydive or AFF Level I training course.
- Full membership - Mandatory in UK for full AFF Course.
The British Parachute Association was established to organise, govern and further the advancement of parachuting in the UK. In order to skydive at a BPA affiliated drop zone in the UK, you must have been on a BPA approved course, given by BPA Rated Instructors.
Parachuting is an outdoor sport and so is at the mercy of the weather, we ask for your understanding when we are unable to offer you guidance as to what time in the day you will jump. Almost everyone is keen to jump and often bring friends and relatives to come and watch the fun and we often get asked questions such as "What time will I jump?" and "Will the weather be OK to jump later?". Unfortunately we don't have a crystal ball but we can tell you that the DZ's only allow parachute descents to be made when the weather conditions are safe and within the British Parachute Association's operating procedure minimums.
We do appreciate the frustration that delays can bring but please be assured that our primary responsibility is for the safety of all jumpers. In the event of you being unable to make your jump on your scheduled day due to weather or technical issues the DZ will re-schedule an alterative date with you.
