At our partner diving centre the instructors are available for guidance for the duration of your stay assisting you with your self study and helping you reach your goals.
Generally our technical diving courses are run on our liveaboard craft. During high season the craft is in the Similans and during the Summer craft is moored at Racha Yai. This experience will have you Eating, Sleeping and Breathing technical diving without distractions. Like anything you do in life the best way to learn is to surround yourself in what you are doing, creating an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Our liveaboard craft is an ideal scuba diving platform. The design of a very large catamaran boat operating amongst the protected waters of the Similans makes this the most "friendly" boat to be found, seasickness is rare. This truly is a boat for people who don't like boats and is an excellent choice for someone's first liveaboard experience. With the efficiency of the operation and convenience of scuba diving we are able to offer up to five dives a day for those who wish.
- In keeping with our philosophy of a relaxed atmosphere, we are happy to drop guests of on the beach provide ocean kayaks for your enjoyment as well as arrange our famous sunset volleyball game.
- Non divers are most welcome and are sure to enjoy the variety of activities available.

Our liveaboard craft is without a doubt the most comfortable and stable diving platform touring the Similan Islands. Relaxation is an important factor on any liveaboard.
- On our liveaboard craft you will enjoy comfort and privacy in our twin cabins. On the top you will find an 80 square meter sun deck. This is an ideal place for sun bathing, sleeping or romantic star watching at night. While on board you will have the opportunity to meet, enjoy and establish friendships with divers from all over the world. The liveaboard craft's spacious saloon area is equipped with a TV, video, and stereo.

DSAT Tec Deep is the Foundation level of technical diving building theory and practical knowledge in which further education is based upon. You'll learn about advanced nitrox and the benefits of decompressing on oxygen enrichments above 40% and how the body reacts to high levels of oxygen exposure.

DSAT/PADI Trimix Diver Course
DSAT Tec Trimix course is the pinnacle certification for diving to serious depths. The course depth at the end of the course is 75 meters, but with more experience and time there are no depth limits!
The Classroom side of DSAT Tec Trimix
- Self study is the key to success. The theory teaches you the importance of Helium and how it affects our physiology. Hypoxia comes into play and travel gas is introduced and so logistics of calculating gas consumption and calculating CNS & OTU's becomes more taxing.

PADI Rebreather Course - Drager Dolphin
The Rebreather Course is Technically a PADI course, but we like our technical instructors to teach the course. With their experience working in the re-compression chamber they can teach you the benefits of breathing enriched air at depth and what problems that might occur when too much CO2 is in your breathing loop.
- This is an ancient science that still to this day is far superior to any open circuit systems around! With no bubbles and sound created by "Darth Vader" open circuit regulators, this is a must for anyone who wants to be at one with the marine life, especially if you want to photograph the underwater world.
What do you need to start the PADI Rebreather Course?
- PADI Advanced Open Water Diver. (or qualifying scuba diving certification from another organisation) OR PADI Open Water Diver certification. (or qualifying scuba diving certification from another organisation) with proof of at least 10 logged dives beyond open water training dives.

Technical Diving is a more demanding aspect of the sport which requires greater levels of training, experience and equipment. Technical diving with use of rebreathers is increasing, particularly in areas of the world where deeper wreck diving is the main underwater attraction. Generally, recreational diving depths are limited to a maximum of between 30 and 40 meters (100 and 130 feet), beyond which a variety of safety issues make it unsafe to dive using recreation diving equipment and practices, and specialised training and equipment for technical diving are needed.
