Introductory Course: Days 1 and 2

9. Wearing the Motor and Running It
10. Hang Tests, Adjustments and Pre Flight Simulation
Student Level Course: Days 3 to 6

11. Further Forward and Reverse Launch practice until competent
12. Further Ground Handling, Towing and Landings until competent
13. Power Assisted practice launches with the Hydro Jet until competent

The 6 day Paramotor Beginners course is made up of the 2 day Introductory course and the 4 day Student Level course. The aim of the 6 Day Paramotor Beginners course is for the student to complete at least One Solo Paramotor Flight.
Intermediate Pilot Level Course: Days 7 to 12

22. 3 x Low Passes into wind no lower than 30ft
23. 3 x Stand up landings within 40m of a marker
24. 3 x Unassisted Take Offs
25. 3 x Flights with 360s, S Turns and Figure of 8s
26. 1 x 10km Navigational Task
27. Reverse Launch Take Off competency
28. 360's, S Turns and Figure of 8 landing competency
29. 1 x Engine off from 500ft Spot Landing within 40m
30. 1 x In flight Restart (optional)
31. 1 x 30km Navigational Task
32. Complete a minimum of 3 hours and 15 solo flights

The complete 12 Day Paramotor course is made up of the 6 Day Paramotor Beginners and 6 Day Intermediate Paramotor course. The aim of the 12 Day Paramotor course is for the student to become a competent, knowledgeable and safe pilot by completing up to and more than 3 flying hours in as many as 15 solo flights, however this is never guaranteed as both the weather and individual student performance are out of our control.
