Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Adventures Sample Itinerary

Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Day 1Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday
Leave Fortaleza in the afternoon and drive to Cumbuco. Check into the oceanfront pousada, get in a session outside the hotel, relax for the evening, and get ready for the kite trip of your life!

Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Day 2
Kitesurfing begins right outside your door in 80-degree water. Depending on the group, there's also the possibility of doing a 6km downwinder to a 20 acre shallow, sandy bottom, fresh water lagoon where you can enjoy some coconuts and snacks at an outdoor cabana when you're done kiting for the day.

Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Day 3Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday
Travel up the coast to Paracuru, one of the most magnificent kite spots between Fortaleza and Jericoacoara, often frequented by pros from around the world. There is a reef here, so at low tide you can kite in flat water on the inside, and waves on the reef.

  • Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Option 1 - (for intermediate kiters) Repeat the downwinder from Day 2, stopping for some fun in the lagoon and continuing on to Porto do Pecem.
  • Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Option 2 - (for advanced kiters) Enjoy big wave riding starting in Porto do Pecem and ending in Paracuru.

Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Day 4Brazil Kitesurfing Holidays
In Paracuru you'll have as much time to kite at the spot as you like, and we'll coordinate trips to the Taiba lagoon and downwinders at the group's preference. Come back to shore for a bite to eat and spend the night.

Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Day 5
Another day in Paracuru, believe us, you will NOT want to leave these beaches. Kite the day away and spend another night here.

Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Day 6
Brazil Kitesurfing HolidaysDrive up the coast on the sand to one of the 10 best beaches in the world. Jericoacoara is a remote beach that is only accessible via 4x4 truck. We can stop along the way and do some flat-water kiting. Once in Jericoacoara, you will experience some of the best winds in the world due to the unique geographical location. Spend the evening soaking up the local culture and get ready for the day ahead.

Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Day 7
Spend all day exploring the secluded beaches of Jericoacoara. You have never seen kiting like this, or dunes for that matter. We'll head out in the morning by dune buggy and get in the downwinders before and after lunch. After the end of the day we come back to the pousada and relax. Kick back with a drink before we head out for great meal with the group.

Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Day 8/9
Another 2 days in Jericoacoara/Prea/Guiru. Kitesurf the day away, we choose 2 downwinds per day and eat between them. Waves, wind and summer sun, you can't ask for more. At night you can dive into the luscious nightlife, lots of bars to choose from and some that stay open till dawn!

Brazil Kitesurfing Holiday Day 10
This will be your last day here.... Kitesurfing in the morning at Prea and have lunch before we depart early afternoon for the 3 1/2 hour drive back to Fortaleza (depending on departure times).
