- 2 Island Beachfront Bures – One bedroom open plan -1 Queen + 2 singles, bathroom + private Deck. Two bedrooms - Queen + 2singles in 2nd room, bathroom + private deck.
- Island Ocean view Villa – 2 Queen + 2 singles, kitchen, bathroom private Deck.
- Mango Tree Villa – A private double room - 1 Queen and 8 singles (bunk).
We can offer the following accommodation options: Our new Island Lodge property is a 2 story Villa and offers accommodation for 10 people in 4 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. Opened in 2006 we have 2 private stand alone Beachfront Bures and a new Ocean View (two bedroom) villa. New in 2008 was The Mango Tree Villa. The villa provides a private room with en-suite facilities and a dorm with 4 bunks for shared accommodation.
- Fiji Island Lodge Upstairs Private Room - Offering sunrise views this queen room has a large private wooden deck with external stairs for direct entry. The Ceiling Fan provides cooling if required. There is a comfortable table and chairs on the deck for guests use. An internal door into the second private room is another internal access if booked by 2 couples. Both upstairs rooms share a common bathroom at the lower level.
- Fiji Island Lodge Upstairs Dorm - This room is on the second level in our open plan villa, internal stairs rise from the lower living room and kitchen area. Wooden floors and exposed wooden ceiling beams add to the feature wooden paneling. Louvers along the entire front of the villa add gentle breezes throughout the day. The Ceiling fan adds when required.
- Fiji Island Lodge Family Room - This family room has two double beds and two single beds, in trio bunks. (double on bottom, single on top) The family room also has direct access to its own bathroom. The ceiling fan provides cool breezes as do louvers following the air flow through the Villa.
- Beachfront Bures - The Beachfront bures floor is 2m off the ground providing cool breezes, and water views from your bed! All traditional Fijian hardwood floors and walls, raised 2m off the ground make this Bure spectacular! Private bathroom facilities, large front and rear decks and just 15m from the beach...paradise. The cool S.E. breezes + ceiling Fan provide plenty of airflow.
- Ocean View Villa - Set at Coconut Tree height offering views over the water and lovely cool breezes. The Ocean View villa is located up the hill and has a wrap around large Balcony, lazy Double hammocks and a relaxing atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen offers snacks for families between meals and other self catering options. Ceiling fans and Mosquito nets on Queen beds and cool S.E. breezes keep it lovely all day and night.
- Mango Tree Villa - The Mango Tree villa is ideal for couples and dorm style accommodation. The villa provides a private room with en-suite facilities and a dorm with 4 bunks for shared accommodation. A fully equipped kitchen offers snacks for families between meals and other self catering options. Ceiling fans and cool S.E. breezes keep it lovely all day and night.
The Island Property already has toilets and change rooms already completed. The Board Racks and Rig Storage is also completed, ensuring you can leave all your windsurfing equipment on the island - you only have to rig once! Tables, deck chairs, hammocks, hot showers & grassy lying areas all await you on the island! The Island Lodge provides entertainment, alcohol and a very social atmosphere.

- Partner / Non-Sailor Rate - For 2011 we have separated the Equipment and Instruction making it cheaper for non sailing partners to come along and join their partners. - Our supply is 240volts and normal Australian and New Zealand 3 pin type plugs fit into our powerpoints. There are powerpoints in most common areas, however large devices such as hair dryers (1000+ watts) are not permitted to be used as they draw to much power.

Unless you are a really keen Windsurfer, Kitesurfer or Kayaker then flying to Fiji is the best option.
- Airlines that fly in to Nadi from Australia include Qantas/Air Pacific and Pacific Blue.
- You can also use Webjet and other online services to find great flights to Nadi.
- Duty Free allowance into Fiji is quite generous and we recommend purchasing when you have arrived in Fiji. The good exchange rate and discount is better than prices leaving Australia.

- A total deposit of $500p/p is required to confirm each persons booking.

- Please note we have windsurfing instructors on hand every day to assist you if required...
- Sgl = Single bed in 2/4 bed Dorm, Pvt = Private (single share), Dbl = Double/twin room.
- The balance of trip package is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your booking < 60 days prior to departure the deposit is non refundable.
- Cancellation within 60 days may forfeit your balance of monies paid unless we can fill your place on the windsurfing trip.
- Full payment is required 60 days prior to the windsurfing trip commencing.
- Prices are subject to currency fluctuations and will be confirmed prior to booking if changed from initial quote. Numbers are limited to ensure the individual attention you deserve.
