We have now completed our Stage 4 building and for 2011 offer the following Accommodation options:
- Island Lodge - 1 Queen private & balcony + 1Family room/2 double beds + 2 singles and 4 singles.
- 2 Island Beachfront Bures – One bedroom open plan - 1 Queen + 2 singles (bunk), bathroom + private Deck. Two bedrooms - Queen + 2 singles in 2nd room, bathroom + private deck.
- Island Ocean view Villa – 2 Queen + 2 singles, kitchen, bathroom private Deck.
- Mango Tree villas – a private double room - 1 Queen and 8 singles. (bunk)
Our own new Island Lodge property is a 2 story Villa and offers accommodation for 10 people in 4 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. Opened in 2006 we have 2 private stand alone Beachfront Bures, a new Ocean View (two bedroom) villa. (self contained) The beachfronts Bures contain a Queen bed and two single beds, self-contained bathroom and a lovely relaxing Deck onto the beach.
- Island Lodge - Opened in April 2005 this is modern and funky. The Island Lodge offers modern tiled amenities, in a unique tropical designed Villa. Hot water Showers are definitely a luxury in this island Lodge, the only island operator offering this level of service. Tables, deck chairs, hammocks, hot showers and grassy areas for relaxation all await you.
- Beachfront Bures - The Beachfront bures floor is 2m off the ground providing cool breezes, and water views from your bed! All traditional Fijian hardwood floors and walls, raised 2m off the ground make this Bure spectacular! Private bathroom facilities, large front and rear decks and just 15m from the beach...paradise. The cool S.E. breezes + ceiling Fan provide plenty of airflow...Rest on your balcony on your Lounge Chairs or stroll onto the beach...Enjoy a Hot Water shower....modern facilities...
- Ocean View Villa - The Ocean View Villa is a 2 bedroom Villa located up the hill, set at Coconut Tree height offering views over the water and lovely cool breezes. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and the 2nd room has a Queen and king single bed. Tiled throughout the entire Villa, a separate bathroom off the living areas, offers solar hot water showers, modern amenities fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large deck areas.
- Mango Tree Villa - The Mango Tree Villa has panoramic views of the east side of the island. The villa provides a private room with en-suite facilities and a dorm with 8 bunks for shared accommodation. The Mango Tree Villa has, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, cool trade breezes, tiled floors, large decking area, and sunrise views.
The Island Property already has toilets and change rooms already completed. The Board Racks and Rig Storage is also completed, ensuring you can leave all your kite surfing equipment on the island - you only have to rig once! Tables, deck chairs, hammocks, hot showers & grassy lying areas all await you on the island! The Island Lodge provides entertainment, alcohol and a very social atmosphere.

- We operate 10 boats in Fiji and have a dedicated 23ft Yamaha Kitesurfing Boat with driver...Our Dedicated staff operate the support boat and will make sure you've looked after. Having a support boat means you can fill it with food, drink and your daily needs....and just kite to your hearts content! Very safe too!
- Extreme Sports Cafe's partner Fiji Kitesurfing Resort Instructors will have you out ripping, so regardless of your abilities, complete beginner, intermediate or "legend"..our Instructors are ready to assist you in achieving your goals...Advanced riders can improve from our downwinders...5km, 8km or 13km of sheer pleasure! Unless you are a really keen Windsurfer, Kitesurfer or Kayaker then flying to Fiji is the best option.
- Airlines that fly in to Nadi from Australia include Qantas/Air Pacific and Pacific Blue.
- You can also use Webjet and other online services to find great flights to Nadi.
- Duty Free allowance into Fiji is quite generous and we recommend purchasing when you have arrived in Fiji. The good exchange rate and discount is better than prices leaving Australia.

- A total deposit of $500 is required to confirm each persons booking.
- Please note we have Instructors on hand every day to assist you if required...
- The balance of trip package is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your booking < 60 days prior to departure the deposit is non refundable.
- Cancellation within 60 days may forfeit your balance of monies paid unless we can fill your place on the trip.
- Full payment is required 60 days prior to the trip commencing.
- Prices are subject to currency fluctuations and will be confirmed prior to booking if changed from initial quote. To ensure the individual attention you deserve, numbers are limited.
